The collection point is situated outside of the pharmacy to the left-hand side (on the side of the Olive Tree Restaurant). When your prescription is ready, you will be emailed a QR code. Simply scan the QR code on the machine when prompted and our robot will fetch and dispense your boxed prescription into the collection point. Unfortunately, some medications aren’t suitable for us to put in the robot, such as items stored in the refrigerator, items stored in the controlled drugs cabinet; and heavy/bulky creams. If you pay for prescriptions we will send you a payment link prior to putting the medication in the robot.

To start using the collection point, please complete the following form. We will then set you up on the system and you will receive a registration email.

If you do not receive the registration email, please check your spam and ensure further emails from us get un-blocked. If someone else is collecting the medication for you, make sure they have the QR code!
